This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Container Bookings:
Coordinate with Shipping Agents: Establish and maintain effective communication with shipping agents to arrange bookings according to co
Schedule Management: Ensure the loading schedule is maintained and update the team regularly on any changes.
Documentation Preparation: Prepare and provide all necessary documentation related to the loading process.
Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators related to logistics and shipping.
Customer Communication: Maintain clear communication with customers regarding shipment status and any potential delays.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the booking and shipping process.
Biotisk Data Registry : commitment to the data registry process required by Biotisk
Customs Compliance::
Work closely with customs brokers to facilitate customs clearance and address any arising issues.
Stay informed about changes in trade regulations tariffs and duties affecting export operations.
Supplier Coordination and Inventories check:
Communicate with international suppliers to confirm shipment schedules documentation and special handling requirements.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure goods are delivered according to contract terms and on time.
Build and maintain strong communication with suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain process.
trace and track the inventories with the suppliers to organize the loads structure
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all export shipments and update internal tracking systems.
Prepare and submit regular reports on shipment status and overall export performance to management.
ISCC EU Quality Management System Compliance:
Work closely with the sustainability team to provide them with shipments information
Attend the Sustainability requirements meetings and trainings
Requirements
5 years of experience in managerial role.
bachelor degree.
previous experience in logistics & Supply chain
Professional English Language skills
