Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Financial Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role and possess strong analytical organizational and communication skills. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements reports and analyses.
- Monitor and manage cash flow budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends variances and areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor the finance team providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including auditors banks and investors.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (Masters degree or professional certification preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Excel ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
- Knowledge of international financial regulations and standards.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong strategic thinking and decisionmaking capabilities
