Responsible for preparation of cost estimation proposal & contract agreement.
Expert in preparing costs estimation with the objective of reducing costs and maximizing gross margins. Managing deviance from the actual and targets set during the periodic P&L review meetings
Establishing a proposal library of all bid related forms formats and customer communications. Create and update all
sales related MIS.
Site visit attend site visit capturing all technical scope/commercial inputs from site.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
CEP (Certified Estimating Professional Certification) Mandatory
58 Year previous experience of cost estimation with leading Facility Management Companies
QATAR Driving License
High level of expertise on word excel power point
