الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all onsite construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications timelines and safety standards.
- Develop and monitor project schedules budgets and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress quality and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve any constructionrelated issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports documentation and updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure that all construction activities align with EGA (Emirates Global Aluminium) project requirements and standards.
- Lead and motivate the construction team ensuring high performance and collaboration onsite.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:
- 1015 years of experience in the construction industry with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the UAE.
- Proven track record in managing complex construction projects preferably in industrial or largescale developments.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies project management principles and UAE construction regulations.
- Proficiency in using project management and construction software tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Leadership and team management capabilities to drive performance and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problemsolving skills to address challenges onsite efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with stakeholders and team members.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
