Job Description
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend the right solutions.
- Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers needs.
- Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Meets customers needs by delivering the shop s offerings and prices.
- Ensures sufficient knowledge of all products offered and their features.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers.
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features pricing and aftersales services).
- Answer customers questions about specific products/services.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
- Crosssell products.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Stay uptodate with new products/services.
