Job Title: Storekeeper
Position Purpose:
The vision of the organization is to build community through agile transport solutions connecting Qatar safely and sustainably. The purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient receipt storage and issuance of goods and materials in the warehouse.
Job Summary:
The Storekeeper will manage the daytoday operations of the warehouse including receiving and storing goods issuing materials and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations & Management:
- Oversee daily operations to maintain a safe organized and efficient warehouse.
- Implement FirstInFirstOut (FIFO) inventory system and conduct regular audits.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues.

Inventory Management & Control:
- Manage stock control system set stock levels and perform regular stock checks.
- Monitor inventory levels and track KPIs to optimize warehouse operations.
- Rotate stock and manage disposal of surplus and expired inventory.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:
- Coordinate with suppliers contractors and service providers for timely delivery of goods.
- Verify vendor documents and generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure proper loading and transportation of materials.

Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize wear and tear on inventory.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure adherence to organizational policies.

Reporting & Administration:
- Generate reports on inventory levels performance metrics and operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments receipts and disposals.
- Issue items through SAP and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field.

Experience:
- At least 34 years of experience in a warehouse or storekeeping role.

Certifications:
- Certified Storekeeper (CSK) Certified Warehouse Manager (CWM) or Inventory Management Certification (IMC) is a plus.
