Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with a passion for patient care and a commitment to providing highquality services.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including administering medications monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Adhere to all healthcare policies procedures and regulations
Continuously assess and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
Communicate effectively with patients families and other healthcare professionals
Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain professional knowledge and skills
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Handle emergencies and crisis situations in a calm and efficient manner
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing role
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
