To develop strategic human resources policies that can guide a company toward achieving success.
To develop incorporate and manage various HR processes and procedures by improving preexisting Policies and procedures.
To plan and develop in coordination with all departments and ensure HR initiatives align with organizational goals for headcount forecasting.
To provide improvement suggestions on the existing employee earning components benefits program to streamline based on the current market salary & benefit structure.
To streamline HR processes including recruitment employee life cycle changes and performance management standardising policies and procedures to bring transparency to HR transactions and leading specific improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes.
To Analyse the HR data and reporting in collecting and communicating recruiting data and metrics analysing and reporting on employee performance headcount and other relevant HR data and developing reports and dashboards against key performance indicators.
To Analyse the performance management process drive appraisal process for its successful conclusion during probation and annual cycle performance improvement plans review & report outcomes for further analysis & decisions in training reward & performance management.
Training & Development
To identifying training needs assess and address organizational needs for skill development and training for employees.
To schedule including Internal and external plan and conduct Training & Development and conduct employee training and development programs
To participating in training activities crafting performance improvement plans and providing coaching and counselling on HR matters and training staff and management on HR policies practices and procedures.
Bachelor s degree in human resources management Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certification.
Minimum of 1015 years of progressive experience in human resources roles with at least 5 years in a senior or specialist capacity.
Knowledge and Skills Proven experience in managing HR functions independently with a focus on Strategic Planning performance management Training and Development
Proficient in MS Office and exposure to HR software solutions such as MS Dynamics
Must have excellent command of English. Arabic would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of Kuwait labour laws and best practices in HR management.
Ability to analyse data identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
Commanding Leadership & Conflict Management Decision Making Skills
Presentation Skills / Report Writing / Supervisory Skills.
