Job Description:
We are looking for a master multi-task Social Media Specialist with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. You will manage the social media accounts of our clients. We expect professional, polite, and an attentive attitude. You should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Most importantly, you should have a genuine desire to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Attend the meetings with the clients.
- Be the point of contact between the client and Bowaba. Basically, manage the projects assigned to you.
- Manage the promotions and campaigns with platforms like Talabat, Deliveroo..etc.
- Manage the presence of our clients on platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, V-thru..etc.
- Schedule and book the bloggers/influencers for special invitations.
- Create moodboards, storylines, and photo or video sessions plans.
- Guide the photographers and videographers on the set.
- Produce and write well-researched creative content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms for different clients.
- Follow the posting schedule for each client’s social media accounts and make sure each post is done based on the approved calendar.
- Visit clients to shoot content for social media stories.
- Reply to the complaints, comments and queries of our client's social media accounts in a timely manner. Escalating the issues if required.
- Contact customers who have complaints and offer a way to solve their complaint or offer a compensation.
- Follow up with the client or account managers regarding unsolved complaints.
- Translate any required material (EN/AR)
- Schedule blog posts.
- Be responsible for updating own tasks on monday.com on your own work board.
- Perform other duties as necessary or required.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of paid advertising, social media, search engine optimization and other marketing strategies and analytics.
- A very high level of computer proficiency and comfortable around software including but not limited to CRMs, CMS platforms, marketing automation software, etc.
- Ability to understand creative requirements.
- Ability to guide agency teams on the creative requirements/ create a concept of the creative campaign.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at every level.
- Understanding of sales promotions as a marketing tool.
- Thrives in fast-pace and deadline sensitive work environment.
- Ability to work with teams from various backgrounds/levels.
- Strong Listener who can communicate solutions in a concise and objective manner
- Ability to be available during non-standard hours.
- Strong communication skills and a great phone presence.
- Must have agency experience.
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Must own a car.
