Senior Project Manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters university degree with a business or technical emphasis (or equivalent)
• 10+ years’ experience in a project management role with similar IT industry
• Managing multiple large projects
• PMP or equivalent project management certification highly recommended
• Proven leadership skills and Strong communications that are effective among various levels and types of project team members and stakeholders
• Managing multiple projects, tasks, deliverables, timelines, and issues
• Complex stakeholder management (including Executive and C-Level – both internal and external)
• Risk management covering a wide range of potential types of risk across many projects
• Expertise in conflict resolution, and creative in problem-solving
• Comfortable with a variety of tools and communication mechanisms
• Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
• Experience in Agile teams
• Proficiency with a wide range of software tools but not limited to project management software (eg. PSA, Issue tracking, etc)
• PMO experience is an asset
• Contract negotiation
• Significant experience with the company and solutions
