Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing implementing and managing the digital marketing strategy for Raffles and Fairmont Doha. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness customer engagement and revenue growth through innovative digital campaigns SEO/SEM content creation and analytics. This role requires a creative datadriven professional with expertise in luxury hospitality marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the hotels business goals.
- Identify and leverage emerging digital trends to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a unified brand message across all platforms.
Website and Content Management
- Oversee the management and optimization of the Raffles and Fairmont Doha websites.
- Ensure consistent highquality content that aligns with the brands luxury positioning.
- Work with creative teams to produce engaging multimedia content for digital platforms.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads social media ads etc.) to maximize ROI.
Social Media Management
- Develop and manage content calendars for all social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance making datadriven improvements.
- Engage with followers and manage online community interactions to enhance customer experience.
Email Marketing and CRM
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain guests.
- Leverage CRM tools to personalize marketing efforts and optimize customer journeys.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics social media insights etc.) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration and Vendor Management
- Work closely with PR sales and operational teams to align on campaign objectives.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and vendors ensuring timely delivery of services.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads Facebook Business Manager and SEO tools.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
