Job Overview
The Training Manager will be responsible for designing developing and implementing training programs and initiatives related to various projects. This role will oversee the delivery of educational content ensure that stakeholders (including clients participants and partners) acquire the necessary knowledge and skills and ensure the programs are executed effectively in line with project goals. The training manager will also work to continually improve the training process and content ensuring all learning objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Design and Development
- Develop training programs tailored to specific project needs initiatives and target audiences.
- Collaborate with project team and stakeholders to determine training objectives materials and content.
- Create and maintain curricula training schedules and resources for different project programs.
- Program Coordination and Delivery
- Manage the delivery of training sessions related to project implementation and processes.
- Ensure training is effective for different audiences including project teams external stakeholders and participants.
- Organize inperson or virtual training events workshops and seminars aligned with project timelines.
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives gather feedback and make adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Track training progress and impact on project objectives documenting key metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure participants can apply the knowledge gained.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Partner with program managers external collaborators and subjectmatter experts to align training initiatives with overall project goals.
- Facilitate the communication between different project teams to address any training needs or challenges.
- Provide support and guidance to project teams to ensure proper execution of projectspecific training.
- Content and Resource Management
- Develop projectspecific content including manuals playbooks tools and online resources.
- Ensure training content is uptodate relevant and compliant with the projects requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee the use of elearning tools and training platforms to streamline content delivery and tracking.
- Program Improvement and Optimization
- Continuously assess and refine training materials and techniques based on feedback project needs and best practices.
- Implement new tools technologies and innovative methods to improve the quality and reach of training efforts.
- Project Management Support
- Manage the logistics of trainingrelated activities within the projects overall budget and timeline.
- Work within project management frameworks to ensure training initiatives are aligned with the projects execution plan.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly monthly and final reports.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Education Business or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing training programs for projects initiatives or organizations.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
- Experience in both traditional and digital learning platforms.
- Strong project management organizational and coordination skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical skills to assess training needs and outcomes and adjust programs accordingly.
- Experience with training delivery for diverse audiences including clients stakeholders and partners.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is essential.
- Detailoriented with a focus on delivering quality results.
- Creative and adaptable with a strong problemsolving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
