Job Overview:
Lead Industries & Environment (I&E) business activities in Egypt and lead teams to achieve (I&E) vision strategy and plans with cost time effective manners. This should be achieved with a strong approach of exploring and capturing new business opportunities with high profit margins in the framework of SGS code of Integrity business principles and strategic priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Industries & Environment SGS
- Lead teams to achieve (I&E) budget with cost time effective manners aligned to SGS KPIs espicailly in terms of sales profit margin and cash flow.
- Understand the competitive landscape their strengths and weaknesses position in the market key staff client profiles locations services etc.
- Understand and react to the client and market requirements and Local authorities rules and legislations relevant to the company and (I&E) activities. Making sure to put in place the needed local processes and procedures.
- Reinforce the respect and implementations of integrity code in work practices.
- Strong approach of exploring and capturing new business opportunities with high profit margins in the framework of management system SGS policies and procedures and networking capital strategy and concepts.
- Maintain thegrowth strategy of (I&E) business.
- Plan & manage in conjunction with the HR Manager the L&D of the (I&E) learning and development plan of the team.
- Evaluate the business statistics on operation files and clients relationship and maintain all the documents and records relating to sales and executed operations.
- Ensure the business recognition approval certification and accreditation are well maintained. Moreover ensuring the policies and procedures are aligned to SGS Management System of the Business is properly defined maintained and reviewed as required within the business.
- Coordinate with the corporate and region persons in charge to enhance the accuracy and quality of our services.
- Plan/improve the system according to analysis results and the monthly performance reports concerning the performance of all staff under his / her responsibility and based on quality and financial results.
- Prepare and implement the annual business plan budget and business development projects.
- Approve final reports/certificates/invoices issued to clients.
- Assure all stuff implement SGS safety rules and local safety regulation integrity and quality management.
- Undertake any additional duties as delegated by the MD to assist in the achievement of objectives.
Qualifications :
- BSc. In Engineering.
- Masters degree in business Management or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 10 to 15 years proven management experience with people management skills and preferred in the same field of (Testing inspection and certification) TIC industry.
- 5 years at minimum Experience in industry (e.g: infrastructure constructions energy Manufacturing and processing mining ..etc)
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
- Ensures full compliance with the companys Health & Safety Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct policies.
- 40% regular visits to services locations and clients as well to ensure and maintain client relation and customer satisfaction.
- Fluent English Level.
- Excellent in using various types of computer software (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
