الوصف الوظيفي
- Managing multiple MEP projects
- Ensuring there are minimal problems from the design to the delivery stage
- Using project management software AutoCAD and word processing programs to create MEP plans
- Preparing cost estimates for electrical plumbing air conditioning heating and ventilation systems
- Overseeing the work of the project management team and ensuring adherence to the project schedule
- Coordinating onsite work with architects structural engineers and electrical engineers
- Providing MEP system installation maintenance and technical advice to service providers supervisors and inspectors
- Inspecting analysing and finding solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP features
- Reviewing and evaluating the work of contractors consultants and other construction industry professionals
- Reviewing contractor drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design plan
- Making technical clarifications to resolve coordination issues and design modifications to suit specific onsite construction requirements
- Monitoring and maintaining onsite health and safety policies and explaining the necessity of complying with these to the crew
- Undertaking offsite inspections of MEP equipment and materials to ensure compliance with regulations and project suitability
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- 12 years of experience in real estate is required.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Selfmotivated and proactive takes initiative and seeks responsibility
- Excellent English Communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work at night when required by business needs.
- Team player with a cooperative and committed spirit and problem solver.
