الوصف الوظيفي

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process with a particular focus on international placements. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment agencies particularly in recruitment solutions and a strong track record of working with overseas markets such as the GCC and the USA. This position requires excellent communication skills a proactive attitude and a passion for connecting businesses with top talent.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and client followup.

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.

Source and attract highcaliber candidates through various channels including job boards social media and referrals.

Screen and interview candidates to assess skills experience and cultural fit.

Manage the recruitment process for clients across different regions focusing on the GCC and USA markets.

Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future client requirements.

Provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices market trends and industry insights.

Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and document recruitment activities efficiently.

Partner with the marketing team to promote Source It s recruitment services.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear timely communication throughout the recruitment process.



Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a recruitment agency.

Proven experience with international recruitment particularly in the GCC or USA.

Strong understanding of recruitment solutions and talent acquisition strategies.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Highly energetic proactive and resultsdriven personality.

Exceptional organizational communication and interpersonal skills
