Assistant Content Media Manager Waldorf Astoria Lusail Doha

The Assistant Content Media Manager is a detailoriented and motivated content creator responsible for producing highquality video and photography assets for the Hotel. This role focuses on generating innovative and engaging marketing materials that resonate with customer interests anticipate trends and support marketing initiatives across all platforms.

What will I be doing

  • Content Conceptualization: Develop creative and innovative content strategies to enhance guest engagement.
  • Content Production: Shoot review edit and update content for both internal and external Hotel platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to propose effective marketing and communication strategies that enhance customer engagement and promote the Hotel.
  • Strategic Integration: Incorporate media into the Hotels marketing strategy and campaigns as needed.
  • Brand Compliance: Adhere to Waldorf Astoria brand guidelines and best practices while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

An assistant Content Media Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.

To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviors skills and values that follow:

  • Creative & innovative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eye for design (video & photographic skills)
  • High level of IT skills including Adobe Suite or similar software
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous experience in a Luxury Brand or Hotel
