The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for managing onsite engineering activities to ensure that projects are executed in alignment with design specifications safety standards and established timelines. This role involves technical supervision team leadership coordination with stakeholders and strict adherence to quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily onsite engineering activities and oversee project progress.
- Review and approve project schedules to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Provide technical oversight ensuring all construction activities align with contract drawings and specifications.
- Approve quantity surveying and technical controls to maintain project accuracy and standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers ensuring the delivery of highquality work.
- Review and manage shop drawings Requests for Information (RFIs) Material Requisition Instructions (MRIs) Inspection Requests (IRs) Method Statements (MS) and contractorsubmitted variation orders.
- Evaluate and approve contractor invoices and claims.
- Ensure that all materials used meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports analyzing and recommending resolutions for contractor variation orders and claims.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 7 10 years of relevant experience in site engineering and construction.
- Skills: Strong leadership technical expertise and stakeholder management capabilities.
Working Conditions:

- Hours: 8 hours per day 6 days a week
