Black Pearl is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead for a client in Qatar. In this role you will be responsible for managing recruitment efforts collaborating with department heads and implementing effective recruitment strategies to fulfill staffing needs across all levels and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Hiring Support: Lead recruitment efforts for senior and executivelevel positions ensuring discretion and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies including networking job fairs social media campus recruiting and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
  • Candidate Experience Management: Oversee the entire candidate journey from application to onboarding ensuring a positive efficient and professional hiring process.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and marketing to enhance the employer brand using social media online platforms and company events to attract top talent.
  • DataDriven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness identify bottlenecks and optimize strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to increase efficiency reduce timetohire and ensure compliance.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies tailored to meet the organization s needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to align on position requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Budget Management: Manage the recruitment budget optimizing costs while maintaining high recruitment standards.


Requirements

To be considered for this new opportunity you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.
  • Proven track record in leading recruitment initiatives meeting hiring goals and improving recruitment processes and metrics.
  • Strong people management and teambuilding skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships with hiring managers candidates and team members.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement forwardthinking recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) LinkedIn Indeed and other recruitment platforms. Experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adjust strategies in response to changing business needs.
