We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Export Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cairo Egypt. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our international sales efforts and ensuring smooth export operations.
- Coordinate and process export orders from receipt to delivery ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and manage export documentation including commercial invoices packing lists and certificates of origin
- Liaise with customers freight forwarders and shipping companies to arrange international shipments
- Monitor and track shipments providing regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Assist in resolving any exportrelated issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and update customer databases
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
- Assist in preparing reports on export sales activities and performance metrics
- Support the development and implementation of export sales strategies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Trade or related field
- 23 years of experience in export documentation
- Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures and international shipping practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and customerfocused mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines consistently
