ASIC Verification Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ASIC Verification Team Leader to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in defining the technical direction managing resources and ensuring the successful delivery of highperformance lowpower ASICs that meet project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of ASIC engineers.
• Define the technical vision for ASIC Verification development.
• Translate customer requirements into detailed technical specifications for ASIC development.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams (e.g. algorithms system designers) to ensure successful chip integration and functionality.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
• Identify and manage risks associated with ASIC development.
• Stay uptodate on the latest ASIC technology.
• Mentor and develop the technical skills of team members.
• Create and maintain clear and concise documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in ASIC Verification with UVM Methodology and System Verilog
• Strong understanding of digital design principles and verification methodologies.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
• Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
