THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Lead to spearhead our fastpaced infrastructure and cloud operations. This role is integral to our technology department where youll manage complex cloud environments and lead a team of skilled DevOps engineers. Working closely with Development Teams and reporting to the VP R&D youll drive technical excellence across our AWS and GCP infrastructure while ensuring high availability of our production services.

Requirements :
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Musthave/be:
- 5 years of DevOps experience with 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven handson expertise in AWS and GCP production environments at scale
- Strong background in Infrastructure as Code implementation and maintenance
- Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment optimization
- Experience with monitoring tools and production system observability
- Proficient in log management systems and security best practices
- Track record of successful server migrations
- Deep understanding of mobile application lifecycle
- Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
- Strong leadership abilities and handson approach
- Excellent English communication skills
- Independent problemsolver with a proactive mindset
- Available for oncall rotations when needed
Nicetohave:
- Experience with multiregion deployments
- Additional cloud platform knowledge (Azure Digital Ocean)
- Certifications in AWS/GCP
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (SOC2 ISO27001)
- Background in SRE practices
- Experience with GitOps methodologies
HOW DO WE WORK
We are a distributed team of more than 100 people all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 3/4 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best). We value open communication proactivity and work/life balance and we measure our freelancers on performance rather than on the time spent on the job.
