Key Responsibilities:
Plan organize and manage events from conception to completion including budgeting timeline management and vendor coordination.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and create detailed event plans that align with their vision.
Source and negotiate with vendors including venues caterers audiovisual technicians and other event suppliers.
Manage event logistics including venue setup transportation and guest accommodations.
Oversee event marketing and promotion strategies to attract attendees and increase brand awareness.
Manage event staff including event coordinators volunteers and other support personnel.
Ensure all events are executed smoothly on time and within budget.
Conduct postevent evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Proven track record of successfully managing events of various sizes and complexities.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
