Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity to work for an iconic brand for their store in Qatar.
My client a prestigious luxury brand is looking for a talented Store Manager that will be responsible for the overall management of the store maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals building a highly motivated team and developing associates to the next level.
Main responsibilities will include:
Meet sales goals- Analyze available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies
- Set individual sales goals for management teams and associates ensuring goals reflect store business goals
- Continuously motivate staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals
- Support the development of associates sales techniques ensuring utilization of elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales by partnering with management team planning /executing strategy
- Demonstrate an indepth knowledge of the merchandise; ensure selling staff is fluent in all aspects of product knowledge
- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor
- Communicates company set KPIs and identifies strategies to ensure performance standards are met
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
Requirements
Needed requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment ideally in a managerial role.
Fluency in English
Ready to work for 6 days a week on a shifting schedule
Have managed any of the following departments (lifestyle fashion)
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer serviceoriented with indepth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
