In this role, you will be involved in the development of sporting events and travel products that enable international and domestic sales to sporting events. Working in collaboration with internal teams and external partners in order to maximize commercial performance of Qatar Airways Holidays Sports & Event Packages. You will be the lead liaison with Sponsorships, with a focus on building Flight + Hotel + Ticket packages with exclusive Qatar Airways Sponsorship Assets. Responsible for the commercial performance of all sports & events packages sold for Qatar Airways Holidays in the GCC and globally. Other key responsibilities are: .
Build packages that include Flight + Hotel + Ticket and deliver them to market, supported by the marketing and sales teams. .
Manage the Supply of the tickets from the Sponsorship department for Holidays package and Loyalty. .
Develop the product plan and implement and manage the ongoing development. Ensure correct loading and content is hosted within the QRH systems. .
Drive the commercial strategy and improve commercial performance of the QRH sports portfolio. .
Responsible for key product development projects, provide suggestions and advice on the direction of the Sports portfolio. .
Regular benchmarking of package pricing ensuring a competitive proposition at all times. .
Build a product plan and timeline to support the commercial needs of the business. This includes packages associated to FIFA, Formula One, Paris St Germain, Inter Milan and other Qatar Airways Sponsored teams and events, as well as non-sponsored events as applicable. .
Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and deliver products to market in line with the plan. Oversee the statistical analysis and product performance to ensure increased profitability of the sports packages. .
Be accountable for KPl's and budgets for measuring success, providing commercial modelling and sales forecast of sporting event products. .
Identify any opportunities for creating travel packages and experiences across the Sports Sponsorships portfolio maximizing use of agreed rights and benefits across different properties .
Create packages that enable international and domestic access to sporting events working closely with the internal teams and external parties to maximize sales of sporting events held in Qatar and assets worldwide. Liaise with internal and external teams to create money-can't-buy experiences that could be considered "best in class" across the airline and hospitality industry.
