Job Description
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a pivotal leadership role within the company responsible for transforming and driving the companys product vision strategy and operational excellence. The CPO will lead the development of customercentric sustainable product offerings and be a key driver of innovation. This position requires a visionary leader with a strong technical background who can integrate emerging technologies to enhance product offerings streamline workflows and ensure the companys growth objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Shape and execute the product vision aligned with longterm growth goals. Develop and implement product roadmaps to enhance customer engagement differentiate offerings in a competitive market and drive sustainable growth.
- Innovation & Technology Integration: Lead the integration of advanced technologies and innovative business models. Leverage technology to drive product innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
- CustomerCentric Focus: Transform customer insights into actionable product innovations. Continuously assess evolving customer needs and develop solutions that enhance user experience and build brand loyalty.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire and lead crossfunctional teams fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity. Promote operational excellence while mentoring highperforming teams.
- Sustainability: Align product strategies with environmental standards and sustainability goals. Drive ecofriendly practices without compromising product quality.
- Market Positioning: Establish the company as a market leader by continually enhancing product offerings ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge within the techenabled laundry sector.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic leadership technical expertise and a forwardthinking mindset within the ecommerce or techenabled service industries. Key attributes include:
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to align product strategies with overarching business goals and implement datadriven solutions that drive longterm success.
- Technical Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in product management with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles. Expertise in tools such as Tableau Metabase Adjust and Webengage is required.
- CustomerCentric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer behavior market dynamics and the ability to translate insights into impactful product innovations.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong communicator with the ability to influence teams across departments. A natural leader who fosters a creative highperformance culture.
- Sustainability Focus: A track record of embedding sustainable practices into product development with the ability to reduce the carbon footprint without compromising quality.
- Preferred Background: Experience in ecommerce SaaS platforms or techenabled service industries with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational efficiency.
