The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, electronic invoicing, tax compliance, and financial reporting, including the preparation of income statements. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations and adherence to regulatory requirements. Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. Ensure compliance with relevant payroll laws and regulations. Implement and manage electronic payroll systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ensuring all income and liabilities are accurately recorded, reconciled and reviewed. Perform month-end closing activities such as account reconciliation, expenses recording, etc. Ensure the accuracy of the trial balance to reflect the real picture of the company's financial position. Coordination of the day-to-day accounting operations of the Department. Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, payroll management, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing systems and payroll software. In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal tax regulations. Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and mentor a team.
