We are seeking a detailoriented and professional HR Specialist to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As an HR Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting our organizations human resources functions and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes including job postings resume screening and coordinating interviews
- Administer employee onboarding orientation and offboarding procedures
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in the HRIS
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support performance management processes including annual reviews and goalsetting
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and assist in conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support datadriven decisionmaking
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 35 years of experience in HR roles
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes employee relations and performance management
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
