We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coach Trainer to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Coach Trainer you will be responsible for developing and delivering highquality coaching programs to enhance the skills and performance of our organizations coaches and leaders.
- Design and implement comprehensive coaching curricula and training materials
- Conduct engaging and interactive coaching workshops and training sessions
- Assess the effectiveness of coaching programs and make continuous improvements
- Provide oneonone mentoring and support to coachesintraining
- Collaborate with leadership to align coaching initiatives with organizational goals
- Evaluate coach performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated on the latest coaching trends methodologies and best practices
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Psychology Education or related field
- Professional coaching certification (e.g. ICF ACC PCC)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coaching or training roles
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful coaching programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in coaching methodologies and techniques
- Expertise in curriculum development and instructional design
- Demonstrated skills in performance evaluation and providing constructive feedback
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities
- Indepth knowledge of adult learning principles
- Familiarity with various coaching models and frameworks
- Fluency in English required
