The BIM Coordinator will oversee the effective development implementation and management of BIM processes and models across all project disciplines. The role requires ensuring compliance with BIM standards optimizing workflows and supporting interdisciplinary coordination to enhance project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure adherence to KSAspecific standards and regulations.
- Coordinate the integration of architectural structural and MEP models to resolve design conflicts using clash detection tools like Navisworks.
- Maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure accurate data exchange between teams.
- Support project teams in software utilization such as Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and timelines.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
- 710 years of experience in BIM coordination with a strong portfolio of KSA projects.
- Proficiency in Revit Navisworks and other BIM software.
- Knowledge of KSA building codes and standards.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
