Ready for a sizzling career move You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare cook and serve makes our guests smile and wanting more.
About the role:
- Report to the Pastry Chef
- Assist the supervision of pastry team & operations.
- Check and prepare the required miseenplace according to orders.
- Prepare food items & execute requests based on required specifications.
- Maintain food inventory and preparation handling & correct storage standards.
- Monitor the proper handling and storage of all produce to keep spoilage to a minimum.
- Prepare recipes of new items for costing and verify cost analysis of each dish.
- Report any equipment issues to Pastry Chef and Engineering Team.
What is in it for you:
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Working knowledge of HACCP.
- Excellent communication skills ability to work in a fastpaced highpressured environment.
- Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
