We are seeking a motivated resultdriven Sr. Sales Executive to join our experienced team and be the face of talabat to our partners. As a Sr. Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in delivering choice to our users by acquiring top restaurants. You will spend your time on the field growing your network and strengthening your pipeline to close deals and help us grow.
Key Responsibilities
Execute a strategic plan to contact negotiate and sign top restaurants in your assigned market.
Identify contact meet and close deals with the decision makers of the restaurant partners assigned to you.
Spend your time cold calling or on the field visiting partners to uncover opportunities.
Engage with potential restaurant partners through effective communication channels including meetings and calls.
Build an indepth understanding of the restaurants in your assigned area/city.
Go the extra mile to overachieve your assigned target.
Build and manage long term successful relationships with partners.
Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation cold calling pitching negotiating objection handling to contact closure and document submission.
Be extremely aware and knowledgeable of your pipeline at a granular level.
Refine sales messaging prospecting qualifying and closing techniques
Report progress results expectations to your team leader who will directly support your growth.
Engage with industry events and conferences to establish Talabat as the partner of choice for major brands.
Lead negotiations for complex deals with a focus on achieving favorable terms and mutual value.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to tailor offerings to meet the unique needs of largescale partners.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within major brands.
Act as the main point of contact for strategic partners ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
Mentor junior team members sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends competitive intelligence and opportunities for growth.
Generate regular reports detailing sales performance pipeline status and key metrics.
