The CRM Dynamics Technical Lead will oversee the architectural design development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role requires indepth technical expertise strategic planning skills and the ability to lead teams in implementing scalable and efficient solutions. The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization integration and its ecosystem including Power Platform and Azure services.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership and Solution Design:

Architect scalable maintainable and highperformance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical designs including integration strategies and system workflows.

Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 and associated technologies including Power Platform Azure Logic Apps and Dataverse.

Lead technical discussions and design sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT standards.


Development and Implementation:

Oversee the customization and development of Dynamics 365 components including:

Plugins (C# using Dynamics 365 SDK).

Custom workflows and business process flows.

Custom entities forms and views.

Web resources (JavaScript HTML CSS).

Design and implement integrations with thirdparty systems using REST/SOAP APIs Azure Logic Apps Service Bus or custom middleware solutions.

Develop and optimize SQLbased reports Power BI dashboards and data models for insights and analytics.


Team Management and Mentorship:

Lead a team of developers providing technical direction conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.

Act as a mentor to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.


Quality Assurance and Maintenance:

Define and enforce coding standards version control policies (e.g. Git Azure DevOps) and deployment pipelines.

Conduct thorough performance testing troubleshooting and optimization of Dynamics 365 implementations.

Manage upgrades and patches ensuring minimal disruption to operations.


Documentation and Training:

Create detailed technical documentation for customizations integrations and system configurations.

Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to endusers developers and IT administrators.




Requirements

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Extensive experience (10 years) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM including modules such as Sales Customer Service Marketing and Field Service.

Proficiency in Dynamics 365 SDK and tools such as XRM Toolbox Plugin Registration Tool and Configuration Migration Tool.

Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI) and Azure services (Logic Apps Azure Functions API Management).

Advanced programming skills in:

C#/.NET for plugins and integrations.

JavaScript for clientside scripting.

SQL Server for database management and reporting.

Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 security models including rolebased fieldlevel and recordlevel security.

Handson experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.


Leadership and Soft Skills:

Proven ability to lead crossfunctional technical teams and manage multiple priorities.

Strong problemsolving skills and ability to design innovative solutions for complex business challenges.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
