We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Revenue Manager to join our team in Novotel Cairo Airport Egypt. As a key member of our commercial strategy team you will be responsible for optimizing revenue streams analyzing market trends and implementing effective pricing strategies to maximize our organizations financial performance.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory across all distribution channels
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing accordingly
- Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives
- Generate and maintain accurate revenue reports providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage rate parity across all channels and ensure compliance with pricing policies
- Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts annual budgets and longterm projections
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Maintain and optimize the use of revenue management systems and tools
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in revenue management
- Participate in special projects aimed at uncovering new revenue opportunities and enhancing overall performance
Qualifications :
- Minimum 34 years of experience
- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management Accounting Finance Mathematics or a related field
- Proven experience in revenue management preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis forecasting and revenue optimization techniques
- Experience with revenue management systems (e.g. Ideas RMS Opera PMS/ORS TARS)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Indepth knowledge of market trends competitive pricing strategies and distribution channels
- Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other digital distribution platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel
- Adaptability to new technologies and industry changes
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make datadriven decisions
