About the Role:
The HR Section Head will lead talent acquisition organizational development and HR strategy implementation. This leadership role focuses on aligning HR goals with business objectives to foster a productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee organizational development and talent acquisition efforts.
- Develop and execute HR strategies to meet company objectives.
- Design and implement policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive businessoriented HR solutions.
- Monitor HR metrics and suggest improvement strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- 8 years of experience in HR with expertise in OD and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Fluent English.
