Job Title: HR Business Partner

Scope:As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will serve as a strategic liaison between management and employees within specific business units ensuring that HR initiatives support overall organizational goals. You will provide expert advice on talent management employee relations and performance optimization while driving engagement retention and leadership development programs. By understanding the businesss needs you will design and implement tailored HR strategies that create a highperforming and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Talent Management & Development:

  • Support managers in identifying highpotential employees and developing growth plans.
  • Assist in performance reviews and calibration sessions.
  • Help drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.

Strategic HR Alignment:

  • Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and organizational structure optimization.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee inquiries and concerns acting as a reliable point of contact.
  • Mediate employee relations issues ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Implement engagement activities that encourage open communication and positive morale.

Performance Management:

  • Guide managers in setting and reviewing performance objectives.
  • Support a culture of feedback accountability and continuous improvement.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate with Learning & Development teams.
  • Encourage leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

HR Metrics & Reporting

  • Review HR metrics (e.g. turnover engagement levels) and identify trends.
  • Present insights and recommendations to management for informed decisionmaking.

Compensation & Benefits Support:

  • Work with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure fair and competitive packages.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and advise on improvements.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Approximately 23 years of HR experience covering areas like talent management employee relations and HR operations.
  • Basic knowledge of local labor laws HR standards and best practices.
  • Strong communication relationshipbuilding and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
