الوصف الوظيفي
- Identify and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Analyze and document current business processes through conductingstakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to uncover business challenges.
- Elicit, analyze and document business requirements with clarity, completeness, coherence, and in alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Develop requirements documents, including functional requirements, user stories, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Ongoingly evaluate and communicate different system requirements and processes including reporting status to all appropriate parties.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation after securing the appropriate sign-off.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners.
