Join our team as a Desktop Support Engineer and help keep our organization running smoothly. Youll be the goto person for all things tech from hardware troubleshooting to software installations.
What youll do:
Provide onsite and remote technical support
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including Windows OS Microsoft Office Suite and common applications
Manage device installations moves and changes for desktops laptops and peripherals
Support various IT projects such as software deployments and network upgrades
Maintain and optimize IT assets including inventory management and hardware/software upgrades
Assist with data migration and recovery processes
Provide excellent customer service to all users including VIP support
Requirements
A degree in Computer Science or related field
13 years of experience in IT support
Proficiency in Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
Understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP)
Experience with remote support tools (e.g. TeamViewer Remote Desktop)
Basic scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell)
Good command in English
