الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage various aspects of event planning including logistics timelines and service providers to ensure successful execution.
- Source and manage vendors including catering and venue to secure services within budgetary constraints.
- Oversee event logistics including preevent planning room setup and onsite coordination.
- Coordinate internally with the organizations programmes and departments on event requests and requirements and externally with stakeholders.
- Conduct postevent evaluations to gather feedback and compile comprehensive reports on past events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Must have proven experience working with external vendors including venues caterers travel companies and events management companies.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at one time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including in volunteer and personnel management.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Good command of Arabic language is preferred.
- Proven competency in software applications including MS Word Excel and Outlook.
