الوصف الوظيفي
- Production Management: Overseeing the entire production process ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet required standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Team Leadership: Managing training and developing a team of production supervisors and workers.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Overseeing inventory levels coordinating with supply chain and procurement teams and managing relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Developing and managing the factorys operating budget monitoring expenses and implementing costsaving measures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and leading initiatives to enhance production efficiency reduce waste and improve product quality.
Education Background / Experience / Skills: - Bachelors degree in Food Science Engineering Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role preferably in the Meat Industry
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards.
