Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to oversee route and retail sales operations using companyowned vehicles. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives coordinating onground marketing research and leading BTL (Below The Line) activities to drive business growth and brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of route and retail sales representatives.
- Monitor daily sales operations and ensure targets are met.
- Optimize route and retail sales strategies to maximize market reach and efficiency.
- Train mentor and motivate sales representatives to achieve high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct and analyze onground market research to identify trends customer needs and opportunities.
- Present actionable insights to the management team.
- Plan and execute effective BTL marketing campaigns to promote products and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales market insights and campaign outcomes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing preferably in a similar role with 810 years of work experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and problemsolving.
- Familiarity with BTL marketing strategies and market research methods.
