On behalf of our client we are looking for a Customer Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely accurate and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone email or Customer
Relationship Management system. - Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions or escalating to relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions and feedback.
- Request and collect required information and documentation to process RNPL applications.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex inquiries and improve customer experience.
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist in analyzing customer feedback to enhance our support services.
Requirements:
- female
- Good command of English.
- College degree in Business administration or a relevant field.
- Experience in banks or financial institutions is preferred.
- Good knowledge in using MS Of ce Google Drive Tools and customer management systems.
- 13 Years Experience
