Immediate Hiring:
As a Senior Account Executive you will play a key role in supporting the Account Manager in managing client relationships executing marketing campaigns and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a proactive individual with 24 years of experience in account management who can effectively coordinate between clients and internal teams manage daytoday project activities and contribute to the strategic planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring consistent communication and a strong working relationship.
- Understand client needs and objectives and translate these into actionable plans.
- Assist in managing client expectations and deliverables.
- Campaign Management:
- Support the planning execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital print outdoor etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative media buying production) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign assets.
- Track and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Project Coordination:
- Manage the daytoday tasks related to client projects including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic Support:
- Contribute to the development of client strategies and plans providing insights based on industry trends and client feedback.
- Assist in preparing proposals presentations and pitches for new business opportunities.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions project milestones and campaign results.
- Handle invoicing billing and budget tracking for assigned accounts.
- Support the Account Manager with any additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in account management preferably within an advertising marketing or media agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
