Company Description
Premedion is a leading German company specializing in the development and management of wellness medical wellness beauty sports leisure and mixeduse real estate facilities with over 50 projects worldwide particularly in KSA Asia and the MENA region.
Tasks
We are seeking a Female Lebanese Business Development Coordinator to join Premedion KSA. This is a fulltime onsite role based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities in the spa wellness and healthcare sectors across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and Securing New Business Opportunities
- Actively pursue new business opportunities for Premedion KSA in the spa and wellness sectors.
- Ensure Premedion KSA is introduced to and registered with major clients across the Kingdom.
- Maintain an updated list of prospective clients expressions of interest and upcoming bids while regularly reporting outcomes to management.
- Supporting Strategic Initiatives and Representing Premedion KSA
- Provide input and support the implementation of Premedion KSAs overall business development strategy.
- Represent Premedion KSA at industry events conferences and client meetings to build relationships and promote the brand.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business development sales or marketing within the spa and wellness industry.
- Indepth understanding of the spa and wellness industry market trends and key players within Saudi Arabia.
- Proven expertise in marketing prospecting networking persuasion negotiation and closing deals.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Detailoriented approach with a focus on delivering results.
- Knowledge of the spa fitness healthcare or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Already residing in Riyadh.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English both written and spoken.
