الوصف الوظيفي
Our client a leading healthcare facility based in Saudi Arabia is currently looking for a Senior Advisor Training and Development.
- Prepare facilitate monitor evaluate and document training activities.
- Researches and develops training programs for the organization. Develop the training for the staff and curriculums.
- Conduct needs assessments / instructional analysis
- Conduct performancebased measurement assessments and present training programs.
- Track and report on training outcomes.
- Apply assessment tools for training activities.
- Establish a relationship with external training suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in HR.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Healthcare or any other industry.
- Should have handled the designing of training programs.
- Should have relevant experience in Training development.
- Should have GCC experience.
- Work Location Saudi Arabia.
