This project has a 2month duration with the possibility of extension based on project needs therefore we are looking for local candidates who can start immediately (preference will be given to Saudi Nationals).

They will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of the event collaborating closely with both the project team and external stakeholders. This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience while making a significant contribution to an impactful event.
Summary:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project management team in planning executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating tasks scheduling meetings maintaining project documentation and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. The coordinator will work closely with the project manager to monitor project progress manage risks and ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans schedules and budgets.
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
Track project milestones and deliverables ensuring deadlines are met.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
Communicate project status updates to team members and stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks and issues escalating as necessary.
Support the project manager in resource allocation and task prioritization.
Project planning scheduling and time management
Documentation and recordkeeping
Effective communication
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural teamoriented environment.
Time management.
Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Advanced English necessary and knowledge of Arabic preferred
