Position: Premium Bakery & Pastry Stores Operations Manager
Location: Cairo Egypt
Contract: Fulltime Permanent
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our premium bakery and pastry stores in Cairo Egypt. As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our stores ensuring that they meet and exceed business objectives and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store efficiency productivity and profitability
- Monitor and analyze store performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive sales and reduce costs
- Manage store budgets and expenses ensuring financial targets are met
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and highquality delivery of products
- Oversee inventory management and ordering processes ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
- Train and mentor store staff providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistent quality and service standards are met
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new product offerings and seasonal menus
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the food and beverage industry or Coffe Shops (Premuim Brands)
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures
- Passion for highquality food and customer service
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
