Job Description
We are seeking a talented System Administrator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our computer systems and networks. The System Administrator will ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently providing support to our employees and ensuring the security of our systems. If you are a proactive problemsolver with a strong technical background we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Provide technical support to employees
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Monitor system performance and maintain system documentation
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a System Administrator
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) is a plus
Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
Education
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
