We are seeking an experienced Automation Tech Lead to join our growing team. As a key member of the engineering team you will spearhead automation initiatives across various platforms ensuring robust scalable and maintainable solutions. You will be responsible for driving automation CI/CD pipelines and more....
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implementation of automation solutions for our SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into product development and deployment workflows.
- Monitor and improve the performance of automation solutions ensuring they meet the highest standards for speed reliability and scalability.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies bringing new ideas and innovations to the team.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate testing status coverage and key findings to stakeholders

Requirements :
- Proven Experience: 5 years of experience in automation engineering with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Automation Frameworks: Strong experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages like Python JavaScript or Java.
- CI/CD Tools: Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI CircleCI or similar
- Version Control & Collaboration: Proficiency with Git GitHub/GitLab and agile methodologies.
- SaaS Environment: Understanding of SaaS architectures product lifecycles and deployment strategies.
Advantages:
- Kubernetes and Containerization: Experience with containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes) and automation of deployment pipelines for containerized applications.
- Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus Grafana and ELK stack for monitoring and maintaining automated systems.
- Security Automation: Knowledge of security testing and automation tools integrating security into automated pipelines.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture: Working knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures along with related automation strategies.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
