Position Overview: The Head Waitress will oversee all dining service operations ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality are delivered to the royal family and their guests. This role requires exceptional professionalism attention to detail and the ability to manage a team of waitstaff in a refined and fastpaced environment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead train and manage a team of waitstaff ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of service.
- Schedule shifts and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Coordinate all dining service activities ensuring that meals are served promptly and in accordance with the family’s preferences.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail ensuring the dining area is impeccably set and presented.
- Collaborate with the chef and kitchen staff to plan and execute menus that cater to the dietary preferences and restrictions of the royal family.
- Assist in the planning and execution of formal dining events banquets and special occasions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a head waitress or in a similar role in highend establishments.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
