About the Job:
A Procurement Manager is responsible for acquiring goods and services efficiently managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts. Collaborate with the Supply Chain to support overall supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing the purchasing cycle in general starting from reviewing and following up on branch order approval and converting them into purchase orders.
- Monitoring the quality of materials supplied by all suppliers and their compliance with specifications and purchasing standards.
- Ensuring the availability of all factors that guarantee the company receives the highest quality in the market and ensuring there is documentation for comparing submitted offers to achieve transparency.
- Implementing all requirements according to inventory policies and purchasing needs while studying supply and demand factors and avoiding highrisk policies.
- Fully committed to reviewing reports for all receiving and storage operations of goods to support achieving the best financial results and standards.
- Directing the purchasing team in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager to monitor inventory levels and assess purchasing needs based on business requirements.
- Conducting an internal reporting cycle that ensures smooth coordination among management members.
- Maintaining transparent communication between departments to ensure the effective execution of the ordering and offering process according to a pre defined plan and budget.
- Monitoring the purchasing cycle implementing cost control measures conducting market research evaluating suppliers and identifying new suppliers to improve purchasing efficiency.
- Creating a purchasing guide that outlines all supplier data and their purchasing capabilities as well as the raw materials listed and approved in the operational guide.
- Classifying suppliers into different categories based on all resources and geographical areas.
- Conducting a classification of raw materials and establishing alternative policies in case some materials run out.
- Fully committed to ensuring that no raw materials enter without approval from the relevant departments for their quality.
- Handling logistics and customs clearance procedures related to international purchases to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Addressing urgent and varied issues that arise during the purchasing process to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring the proper execution of contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with all terms accurately.
- Collaborating with the Supply Chain Manager to renew and modify contracts to maintain preferred terms and conditions.
- Communicating purchasing strategies objectives and performance indicators with internal stakeholders while providing regular updates on purchasing activities market trends and supplier performance.
- Conducting cost analysis and price comparisons to ensure competitive pricing.
- Supervising records of all transactions purchase orders receipts and payments and ensuring they are documented and archived properly in the relevant departments.
- Ensuring the settlement of invoices for the relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
- 57 years of experience
- Experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management is a plus.
- Outstanding decisionmaking skills.
- Exceptional talent in negotiating and networking.
